Pot Roast
Description
This recipe is awesome because it's so easy to make and so stress free. All you need is a 1.5-2lb chuck roast, carrots, potatoes, celery, water, seasonings, and your Crock Pot.
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lbs chuck roast
- 5 cups of vegetables(I like to do 2 cups of golden potatoes, 2 cups of celery and carrots, and lastly 1 cup of potatoes, celery, and carrots.)
- 1 packet of McCormick Slow Cooker Pot Roast seasoning. (Feel free to experiment with your own seasonings.)
- 1 cup of water
Steps
- Dice your vegetables to your desired liking.
- Mix your seasoning into one cup of water.
- Place your vegetables into the Crock Pot and then place the chuck roast on top of the vegetables.
- Place your lid over the Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
